A man who appears to be mentally unstable has vowed that on completion of his tenure, Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha will spend time in jail.
In a video which has since gone viral on social media, the mentally deranged man described Governor Rochas Okorocha as a hypocrite and stated that the governor wanted to bring in his son-in-law to succeed him in order to cover up his 'atrocities'.
