There is a viral video of a Congolese, Governor Gentiny Ngobila Mbala of Kinshasa where he is been disgraced by his fellow Congolese while shopping in Paris, France.
The Congolese Governor who was beaten by his fellow countrymen was also pushed to the ground over a reason yet to be disclosed.
