'Wicked People' Davido Blast Mercy Johnson And Her Husband

Aside being a successful musician in Nigerian and the world at large, there's one thing you can't take away from Davido which is his love for controversies. it's no news that Davido is always in the news for one reason or the other.


The latest person to be caught in Davido's web of controversy is Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okoje and her husband, Prince Okoje.

News flew in over the weekend that the delectable mother and star actress Mercy Johnson welcomed her fourth child with her husband, lots of congratulatory messages have been pouring in from fans and colleagues on different social media platforms.

Her fellow colleague, Eniola Badmus shared a photo of the actress and her husband with a congratulatory message, lots of Nigerians went under the comment section to express their joy for the couple, but instead of Davido to follow suit, he rather left a shocking remark on Eniola comment section that has since triggered controversy amount Nigerians.

Davido wrote: 'Wicked people, congrat tho'. This left many wondering why the singer who is also a father of three kids could leave such statement under a supposedly joyed post. Many questions his actions, asking why he did so, but instead of him to look away, he further revealed that it's nothing, but they, Mercy Johnson and her husband are just evil people.

This act is hugely been condemned by many, why some believes there could be a reason for Davido to make such statement about the actress and her husband.

Recall that few months ago. it was reported that Mercy Johnson and her husband, Prince Okoje paid Davido 3million Naira to come perform at the opening of their hotel in Lagos, but the singer refused to show up or even do a refund if their money.

However, Mercy Johnson's husband has also announced that the actress is yet to deliver.

Mercy and her family are currently in America to have their fourth child.
