Ohom Orba Youths paid a courtesy visit to their brother and father, His Excellency, the Governor of Enugu State, Rt Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the lion building. This is a demonstration of their appreciation of what he has done for the people of Orba, Nsukka and Enugu state at large and assured him of 100 percent support in his senatorial bid and other PDP candidates of the state.
To be assured of success on this mission, these committed youths chose Engr. Onyema Odo as their leader and coordinator of this noble cause because of the immense contribution he has made to the growth, progress and welfare of Ohom Orba indigenes.
Engr. Onyema Odo whom governor Ugwuanyi has used to empower the people of Ohom Orba in many ways accepted this offer and work began in ernest with more empowerments and Christmas support program which took place on the 23rd of Dec. 2022.
This was followed up with a door to door campaign which is ongoing. And On the 29th of January 2023, these gallant youths held Ohom Orba Youth congress which commenced with a mega rally and solidarity walk followed by voter sensitization that was first if its kind. Kudos to Dr. Hyginus Eze and Hon. Nnaemeka Eze (Nani Boi) who joined Engr. Onyema Odo in the voters' sensitization.
The elders of the community prayed and thanked Engr. Onyema Odo and the entire youths of Ohom Orba autonomous community for the wonderful initiative and reassured them of their own commitment in ensuring that Gburugburu and other PDP candidates in Enugu are delivered 100 percent at the polls.
It was a well attended and organized event that ended in praise.
Long live Ohom Orba autonomous community, long Live Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, long live Engr. Onyema Odoh, long live PDP Enugu state. Indeed, tomorrow is indeed here because Enugu state remains in the hands of God.
